We understand how frustrating it can be after you finish your puzzle and notice your a piece or two short! Don't fret, there may be a solution for you!
First, you will want to make sure you are completely finish with the puzzle. It may seem as you are piecing it together that you are missing pieces, but they may and usually do appear later! Counting the pieces is an inaccurate way of making sure you are not missing any, as the number piece on the box is usually an approximate number.
After you are done with the puzzle, and realizing you are missing pieces you should still wait a few days for them to turn up. It may be from a curious child or animal, puzzle pieces can be small and easy to misplace. We would recommend to double check the packaging the puzzle came in, around the area you did the puzzle and even underneath any furniture.
After all those steps and you still can't find the piece, there are still options! All of our puzzles come manufacture sealed. Manufactures often anticipate the need for missing pieces and have created programs for this problem. You will first need to see who manufactured the puzzle.
Next you will want to determine which piece you need. Usually, you can count as you would on a chessboard; A13, for example, would be the first column and the 13th row.
